Six years working across digital product design and physical packaging — treating both as the same problem: understand the user, build the system, ship the artifact.
Six years moving between screens and shelves — treating both as the same design problem.
Trained at the MIT Institute of Design, I've spent six years working across two disciplines most studios keep separate — digital product design (research, wireframes, working prototypes) and physical brand design (packaging, labels, identity systems).
Varient Designs is where that overlap lives: interfaces considered like packaging, and packaging structured like an interface. Every project runs through the same process — understand the user, build the system, ship the artifact.

Plant Growth Regulators & Biostimulants — Full Packaging System
The existing range had no coherent visual system — inconsistent colour, typography and layout across products, so nothing read as a "Nutripleks" item at a glance. Varient Designs rebuilt the packaging and label system end-to-end, then produced high-fidelity 3D mockups to check shelf impact before production.
The Problem — Identity Crisis on the Shelf
Zero shelf presence, no brand system.
The old packaging was muted, generic and inconsistent — no shared colour scheme, typography or layout across the range, so nothing read as a "Nutripleks" product at a glance. It wasn't just dated; it was actively costing the brand shelf recognition and market share.

Before & After
Same product line, rebuilt from zero.
Before — inconsistent, no shared systemAfter — unified identity, illustrated labels
Beyond Bottles
Cartons, micronutrient boxes & a spreader-sticker bottle.
The system extended past the core bottle line into 100g micronutrient cartons (Ferrous, Zinc, Boron, Combi Plus) and a standalone "Chipkoo" sticker/spreader product — each carrying the same typographic and colour logic so the whole shelf reads as one brand.
Beyond the shelf, Varient Designs builds the social layer too — feed graphics, campaign creative and brand moments designed to stop the scroll and carry the same identity from package to post.
